A Celebration of Collaboration at our Venue Open House
The team at Villa Veintiséis recently collaborated with Miami event vendors and creators to bring together an unforgettable Open House event. It can be so difficult to choose a wedding venue and vendors, so we wanted to provide an opportunity to experience our venue and these vendors’ services first-hand. Guests not only got to meet the vendors, but see their craft in person and envision how their wedding could come together in our garden.
For our venue Open House, we decided to give guests a behind-the-scenes view of a wedding photoshoot. The garden was decked out as if for a wedding ceremony, making for the perfect photoshoot setting while giving guests a true glimpse of how our space can be used. 2023 & 2024 brides and grooms were invited to get an up-close look at beautiful florals, rentals, and decor by talented Miami event vendors. Guests were also able to taste catering options; sampling light bites, desserts, and custom cocktails throughout the evening.
More than just a venue Open House, the event was focused on showcasing talented Miami event vendors through styled sets for guests to interact with. We couldn’t think of a better way to test drive your potential wedding venue, while also giving these vendors the opportunity to showcase their craft. Let’s talk about their talent!
Meet Miami Wedding Vendors: Wedding Photographer
All photos featured in this post were taken by one of our trusted preferred vendors, Ramses Garcia Photography. We love working with Ramses; he’s not only professional and easy to get along with, but he’s also incredibly talented. His style captures timeless beauty in every shot. Ramses also has a knack for playing with lighting and shadows throughout the garden for an ethereal effect in his photos. You can trust Ramses to capture the memories of your wedding beautifully – a decision you will not regret!
Meet Miami Wedding Vendors: Wedding Dress & Glam Squad
Can we get a little commotion for the dress? Local Miami Bridal Designer, Hanna Gotz, designed the gorgeous asymmetrical ruffled wedding dress worn by the model. Crafted in Miami, the gown’s soft silhouette is the epitome of sensual romance – the way it moves is completely captivating!
The bride’s look wouldn’t be complete without the incredible work by Miami wedding hair and makeup artist, Gia Desposito. No matter how beautiful all the event elements were, nothing compared to the beauty of the model (which is what every bride wants, right?).
Meet Miami Wedding Vendors: Florals & Rentals
Sprinkled throughout the event, the EPIC florals by Miami wedding florist, Ribiero Events, set the tone for the bright and colorful wedding aesthetic. Our wedding arch overflowed with baby’s breath and hydrangeas in bright pink, blue, and orange. The colorful wedding florals gave a pop of spring to every inch of the wedding photoshoot sets. Tables were adorned with bright floral centerpieces with geometric embellishments, and the yellow wedding bouquet was the perfect way to tie it all together.
Renting your Wedding Furniture and Decor
Your wedding aesthetic has to be cohesive from start to finish, and the furniture should never be overlooked. Miami’s local event rental company, IAP Rentals, has the finest furniture pieces for your wedding. The venue Open House guests experienced how big of a role the furniture plays at your wedding. Lounge seating can add a welcoming touch; your cake table shouldn’t be an afterthought; and the ceremony seating makes a huge impact on the overall aesthetic.
Our venue only offers limited furniture and tableware options with our micro-wedding package. For elaborate celebrations, you can’t go wrong when you rent your event furniture, tableware, and linens from IAP Rentals.
A fun way to take your wedding up a notch is with luxury candle rentals. Did you know you can rent statement candles for your wedding in Miami? A Candle Story provided an impressive set of tall white candles for our Open House event. The candles lined the ceremony aisle, adorned the tables, and set the mood at the sweetheart’s table. This is a great and sustainable way to decorate your wedding without ending up with a surplus of wedding decor at home.
Meet Miami Event Vendors: Catering, Desserts & Bar Services
When it comes to food and drinks for your Miami wedding, aim for the best. Our venue Open House featured some of the best local food vendors in Miami. Guests at the event sampled mouth-watering coconut shrimp appetizers and other light bites by Sogno d’ Elite Events plus a stunning cake by Casa Gioia. Booze Masters was also on-site crafting cocktails with style and flair for all the guests to enjoy.
The Floral Champagne Tower Seen 'Round The World
Our event photoshoot would not have been complete without this cherry on top – a champagne tower sprinkled with pastel florals from top to bottom. If it looks familiar, you may have seen it on our TikTok channel. This floral champagne tower moment was an immediate hit, as a whimsical twist on the popular 2023 wedding trend. Thank you for making our first Venue Open House a Success!
This Open House event took place in February and was a total success not only for us but for the participating vendors and guests. When we opened Villa Veintiséis, part of our vision was always to bring our events community together. We wanted to give local talent a place to be inspired, network, and elevate their craft. This Open House was all of that and more. We cannot wait to have our next Open House – and we’re already in the planning process!
