MIAMI EVENT VENUE RENTAL QUESTIONS

Opened in 2021, Villa Veintiséis is a hidden gem Miami event venue. The 2.5 acre shaded garden features  a covered pavilion and outdoor bar area. Below are some frequently asked questions regarding event venue rentals, overnight stays, event vendors and more. 

About the Space

Can I rent only one part of the space?

To ensure the privacy of our guests, we do not schedule overlapping events at our venue. When you book an event at Villa Veintiséis, you’ll have exclusive access to the gardens.

Can our event take place inside the villa?

Unfortunately, events are not permitted inside the villa. However, the villa is available for bridal party preparation and photography sessions.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is ample on-site parking available for up to 40 vehicles. Please contact us if additional parking arrangements need to be made for your event. Valet parking is included in the fee for events with over 50 guests.

Is there lighting in the garden?

Yes, there is lighting installed throughout the garden area. Events will include garden up-lighting, trees adorned with string lights, bistro lighting in the bar area, and string lights draped over the pavilion. Please be advised that the lawn area does not have lighting and will require assistance from a third-party for installation at an additional cost.

How big is the villa?

The Villa spans 2,405 square feet, nestled on over 2 acres of land. It comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two additional guest restrooms located outside.

Venue Rental

How early can we arrive at the venue?

Most of our packages allow access to the property starting at 11 AM. However, morning access starting as early as 6 AM can be arranged for an additional fee.

How late can the event go on?

Per our local noise ordinance, all events must conclude by 11 PM. However, vendors are allowed to stay on the property for breakdown and cleanup purposes afterward.

Will there be staff on-site to help us on the day of our event?

Yes, there will be a dedicated property representative available on the day of your event to assist you with any venue-related needs. Please note that this individual is separate from your wedding planner.

Can the space be rented for production or photography?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us to discuss production or photography venue rental rates.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

The maximum capacity at Villa Veintiséis is 120 attendees in total, which includes both the bridal party and the wedding couple. Please note that vendors are not included in this guest count.

Are animals allowed on the property?

Yes, animals are permitted on site; however, please note there is an additional fee associated with bringing them onto the premises.

Are drones allowed?

Yes, the use of drones is permitted on our property.

Overnight Stays

Can I sleep at the Villa after my event?

Yes, you have the option to add overnight stays to your rental agreement. Please feel free to contact us to discuss pricing and availability.

Can we rent the space for multiple days?

Certainly, our Villa is a versatile space and is available for long-term rentals as well. Please feel free to contact us for more detailed information.

Packages & Payment

Is there a discount for weekday bookings?

Pricing does not vary between Sunday and Friday, but Saturday rentals are priced at a premium rate. For venue rentals on other days (Sunday to Friday), rental agreements are priced based on the guest count and additional services required, rather than the specific day of the week.

Do you offer an all-inclusive wedding package?

If you are interested in a bundled package, we can work with our partnered vendors to craft a custom package for your event. Please note that our venue does not directly handle catering and will not include that service in any rental agreements.

What is your deposit process?

A 50% deposit is required upon signing your rental agreement, with the remaining 50% due two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date. Deposits can be made via cash, check or Zelle, or via credit card with a 3% processing fee.

Event Vendors

Do I have to use the vendors on your preferred list?

No, you are not obligated to exclusively use our preferred vendors. However, it’s important to note that the vendors on our list have prior experience working at our venue and have earned the trust of our team.

If you decide to hire a vendor who hasn’t previously worked at our venue, we will need to schedule a site visit with them before the event. Additionally, all vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Do you allow food trucks on property?

Yes, you’re welcome to have food trucks at Villa Veintiséis as part of your event. For vendors who are unfamiliar with our venue, we kindly request a site visit be arranged with us before the event.

What is a COI?

A COI stands for Certificate of Insurance. It is required from each vendor for every event. We recommend using platforms like theeventhelper.com if you need to obtain a 1-day COI. Villa Veintiséis should be listed as additionally insured (Villa Veintiséis Inc., 23550 SW 187th AVE, Homestead, FL 33031).

Furniture Rentals

Are tables & chairs included in your venue rental contracts?

Tables and chairs are provided only for specific rental agreements, such as our Micro Wedding package. Unless stated otherwise, our standard contracts do not include tables and chairs. However, we are happy to recommend reputable local vendors for your convenience.

Do you offer any other furniture rentals?

Yes, we do have a selection of furniture items available for rental. Please feel free to contact us for additional details.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Can I cancel or reschedule my event after signing the rental agreement?

Rescheduling your event is permitted up to 3 months prior to the scheduled date, with rescheduled events required to occur within one year of the original date. However, it’s important to note that the deposit is nonrefundable regardless of event cancellation or rescheduling.

In the event of cancellation, we offer the option to apply the deposit to a different rental agreement, such as for overnight stays or another type of event.

What happens if there’s bad weather on my event day?

Our priority is to ensure you have the best possible experience. For light rain, we have tent vendors available if necessary. If a date change is feasible, we will gladly accommodate it. However, in cases of extreme weather, we prioritize the safety of our guests and will work with you to adjust plans accordingly.
