Calling all wildflowers
It may seem impossible to win contests or giveaways, which makes the feeling from winning even more gratifying. One lucky winner and her closest friends experienced just that when they recently won our Garden Party & Floral Workshop giveaway on Instagram.
Villa Veintiséis recently partnered with the incredible Erika Caiaffa of Miami Centerpieces. Erika is a masterful floral designer who hosts floral workshop events throughout Miami. We worked together to craft an epic giveaway prize that united her skills with our setting, plus the collaborative efforts of many talented Miami creators. The results came together in a whimsical garden party that the winners will never forget, captured beautifully by Helena of Provoke Photography.
Flower Workshop in the Garden
Our garden party giveaway winners were showered with prizes, but the main event was definitely the flower workshop by Miami Centerpieces. Erika Caiaffa is a master at her craft, and shared her knowledge throughout the engaging and entertaining workshop. Winners learned how to compose stunning colorful and lush bouquets – works of art that they were able to take home and cherish. The bouquets featured eucalyptus, orchids, lilies, roses, and bold tropical foliage provided by Miami Centerpieces.
The Perfect Spot for a Garden Party in Miami
We were thrilled to offer our garden as the setting for this beautiful Garden Party. We set the stage for the workshop underneath the shade of our Song Tree. Mi Vintage provided furniture that enhanced the beauty of the environment. The transparent acrylic chairs and modern white table were the perfect pieces to let the flowers shine.
The Taste of Victory
What’s a garden party with tasty treats? For this event, Amazing Graze Co provided two charcuterie boards overflowing with decadent meats, cheeses, and fruit. A salami rose centerpiece was the perfect touch for our floral-themed garden party. Attendees also received deliciously sweet desserts by Flour and Fleur Miami.
The team at Villa Veintiséis provided a signature cocktail for the event as well. The ‘Flora Adora Bubble Bees’ featured Hendrick’s Flora Adora gin, honey and lime juice, and were garnish with fresh starfruit slices straight from the garden. It was a refreshing bubbly cocktail for a summer garden party in Miami.
